It was my first experience to drive automatic car and the owner offered me a quick lesson. Even was taken to nearby store to help me buying car charger and phone stand for GPS navigation. Owner helped me with everything and explained everything with the car. My experience was the best and I would highly recommend K & K Cars to everyone.

Karl was so lovely, he made sure that my car had everything it needed for the 3 hour trip back to wales, took me to the fuel station so I could fill the tank and also checked the tyre pressure before I left. The car was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The follow up text the next day to make I'd got back ok and that everything ok was the icing on the cake. 5/5 would recommend. In July 2024 I bought a Toyota Aygo from K&K car sales and Karl helped me with his great customer service skills. I found that he was not pushy like most car sales places are.

Since this was my first time leasing a car Karl also helped me with the road tax and explained key information for my situation and the warranties provided.

Overall, the process was easy, simple and understandable. When I'm in the need for a new car I believe I'll go back to see what they have at that time.

Went there recently in the morning to see a car for my sister. Brother Khalid who is the owner of the place welcomed and greeted us humbly with respect and showed us around the show room.

We had a particular car in mind which we saw online. The car was still available, Khalid managed to sort all the paperwork out and all the necessities I.e. the mot locking wheel nut same day.

The car was ready for collection same day. We purchased it by evening and drove off as a happy customer.

The thing the makes K & K Car Sales Ltd sticks out is that brother Khalid after sometime contacted us and asked if everything was okay with the car. Now to me that is a great customer service.

We had a test drive and the car works great. The car is so clean from outside to inside.

K&K also gave us sometimes alone testing some function of the car (e.g. Bluetooth, playing songs, etc)
